Description:
Stern-Volmer quenching studies are often done titratively, where one must correct for the change in intensity due to the dilution of the sensitizer, as well as the change in quencher concentration with successive volumes. This program performs those corrections, given the data and initial parameters, determines KSV and displays a S/V plot.
