JEOL AccuTOF Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer

Description:

Time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometer with reflectron geometry and conventional electrospray and nano-electrospray ionization sources. Used to determine mass/charge ratios of pure compounds and components of mixtures. Equipped with ternary gradient liquid chromatograph for LC-MS analyses of complex organic, environmental, biochemical solutions.

Bruker Autoflex III MALDI Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer

Description:

Time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometer with matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) used for identification and structural analysis of large biomolecules such as proteins, polymers, sugars, etc. The instrument has a capability of TOF/TOF technology (LIFT) for tandem MS (MS/MS), and can be utilized either linear or reflectron configuration with both positive and negative modes.
