Biomolecular NMR Spectroscopist
Florida State University Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry and the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory are searching for a mid-career faculty member with research interests in biochemistry and solution NMR spectroscopy. Preference will be given to candidates whose research represents strong arguments for spectroscopy at high magnetic fields including, but not limited to, work in intrinsically disordered proteins or macromolecular dynamics. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an extramurally funded research program, teach both graduate and undergraduate classes, and to actively participate in the Magnet Lab’s efforts to take solution NMR spectroscopy to much higher magnetic fields and to help drive the development of high frequency probes for NMR science. Persons interested in the position can contact Prof. Timothy A. Cross for more information.
Applicants should email all application materials, including cover letter, CV, statement of research plans and teaching interests, and the names and contact information for three professional references to email@example.com.
