Education

Ph.D. Texas A&M University

B.S. University of South Carolina (Chemistry)

Research Interests

My research interests include the design and synthesis of molecular qubits, with a focus on molecules that can display quantum clock transitions. I am also interested in optically addressable molecular qubits, and molecular qubits that leverage interactions between electron and nuclear spins.

Research Skills

  • Single crystal X-ray diffraction
  • SQUID magnetometry
  • Air-sensitive synthesis techniques (glovebox, Schlenk line)
  • EPR spectroscopy (beginning to learn!)
