SYLLABUS

Halogens are Group VII elements that are very electronegative. Because of this electronegativity, they provide very good examples of how electronegativity, polarity and solubility inter-relate. In this experiment, we will test the electronegativity and solubility of a series of halide salts against each other in order to determine which is the most electronegative.
