Calculations:
Using experimental Rf values of the three standard amino acids, and the published amino acid Rf values listed in the background, create a calibration graph using the graph paper provided at the back of your lab manual. (You can refer to the instructions regarding how to create and use a calibration graph in the Atomic Spectra experiment page 13-14 if necessary)

Show how you calculated at least one of the Rf values listed in the tables:

 

 

For each of the amino acid spots in the table above, correct the Rf values and attempt to identify the amino acid by comparison of the corrected values to the literature Rf values given in the introduction.
