SYLLABUS

What you need to do:
Work as a team with each member of the team selecting a different alcohol concentration.

  1. Collect a raw egg from the front counter.
  2. Each team member should select one alcohol concentration from 0.04%, 0.08%, 0.16% and 0.32%.
  3. Place 40 mL of each concentration of alcohol into a 100 mL beaker.
  4. Gently crack-open your eggs and place it in the beaker with the alcohol.
  5. Make observations every 5 minutes for the next half hour. Compare how your “cooked” egg looks as compared to others at different concentrations.
